These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario

Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and Miranda Hersco are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and Miranda Hersco agree to submit the issue first before a non-binding mediator and to an arbitrator in the event that mediation fails. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Miranda Hersco.

Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Miranda Hersco agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.

– Paths Unlocked (nor its team) does not guarantee acceptance to any program, opportunity, scholarship, or bursary listed on Paths Unlocked.

– The Site is not responsible for the outcomes of any application or participation in the opportunities listed

– Opportunity details, deadlines, and eligibility criteria may change at the discretion of the affiliated host/institution/organization. Users are responsible for verifying all information with the respective providers.

– Any user must do their own research and due diligence regarding the opportunities listed on the platform.;

The Site includes links to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.;

Paths Unlocked and its team shall not be liable for:

– Any issues arising from participation in opportunities or programs listed on the platform.;
